Corrosion Resistant Doors
Fiberglass doors provide strong corrosion and chemical resistance in many different environments. Most hight moist environments will require a tough FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) door to provide a long service life. Each door includes a fiberglass gel coat applied to the surface for a positive seal to eliminate mold or mildew risk. This gel coat layer is the primary defense against chemicals or water attacks for mold. Layers of glass mat and roving, saturated with resins complete the laminate materials to seal the door from corrosive agents. Over the gel coat is a Urethane topcoat to provide the color and final finish. These corrosion-resistant doors provide years of service with a reliable clean operation.
The Fiberglass reinforced doors provide a chemical-resistant barrier often used for lab doors, pharmaceutical doors, refineries, hospital doors, marine, manufacturing, and restaurant doors for food prep areas. Ideal for a restaurant that needs water-resistant doors to facilitate easy wash-down cleaning and maximum sterility. Often paired with a chemical-resistant door frame, CDMS offers a variety of door choices for caustic or sterile areas. Long-lasting with a choice of colors these doors can provide value and appeal for almost any application.
